History

Eskişehir Imam Hatip High School was opened in February of the 1965 - 1966 academic year and has been serving Eskişehir since then. The construction of the buildings where the educational activities of our school, which is a state school, was made by the famous textile company SARAR family from Eskişehir, was donated to the Ministry of National Education in the 1997-1998 academic year and opened for education. The second building of our school, after serving as a boarding house for boarding students for many years, was converted into a secondary school and kindergarten building with the closure of the boarding house. Approximately 1000 female students are educated in our school, including kindergarten, secondary school, high school and open high school. In addition, our school provides service with approximately 80 personnel as administrators, teachers, civil servants and servants.

In addition to the general high school-secondary school curriculum, our school also teaches Islamic Sciences courses such as the Qur'an, Siyer, Fiqh, and Hadith. Many European Union Erasmus+ projects have been carried out in our school, which has many degrees in national and international education, sports and general culture competitions. Our school, which has a dynamic staff, is seen as one of the most popular schools in addition to being one of the oldest schools in Eskişehir.
